內(nèi)容摘要:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和城市規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,傳統(tǒng)的城市生活垃圾滲濾液處理已無(wú)法滿足新形勢(shì)下的環(huán)保要求。根據(jù)城市生活垃圾處理無(wú)害化、減量化和資源化的基本原則,“零排放”是解決城市垃圾滲濾液的最佳方法。然而垃圾滲濾液是一種成分復(fù)雜的高濃度有機(jī)廢水,此水特點(diǎn):具有高COD、高氨氮、高金屬含量、微生物營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素比例失調(diào)、水質(zhì)復(fù)雜、具有強(qiáng)烈惡臭、危害性大的特點(diǎn)。處理起來(lái)特別復(fù)雜。經(jīng)過(guò)多道工序最終超濃母液仍然無(wú)法處理。現(xiàn)提出一種真空低溫蒸發(fā)處理技術(shù)解決超濃母液。徹底解決垃圾滲濾液零排放的問(wèn)題。

Design and development of vacuum low temperature evaporation system for ultra concentrated mother liquor of Landfill Leachate

Content abstract: with the development of economy and technology and the continuous expansion of urban scale, the traditional treatment of municipal solid waste leachate has been unable to meet the requirements of environmental protection under the new situation. According to the basic principles of harmless treatment, reduction and resource utilization of municipal solid waste, "zero discharge" is the best way to solve the problem of urban landfill leachate. However, landfill leachate is a kind of high concentration organic wastewater with complex composition, which is characterized by high COD, high ammonia nitrogen, high metal content, imbalance of microbial nutrient elements, complex water quality, strong odor and great harm. It's very complicated to deal with. After several processes, the super concentrated mother liquor still can not be treated. A vacuum low temperature evaporation technology is proposed to solve the problem of super concentrated mother liquor. Completely solve the problem of zero discharge of landfill leachate.

垃圾滲濾液是一種成分復(fù)雜的高濃有機(jī)廢水,危害性大。隨著環(huán)保要求不斷提高,垃圾滲濾液處理出水達(dá)到《生活垃圾填埋場(chǎng)污染物控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB16889-2008)表2、表3標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)零排放。本文將從工藝流程和特性闡述此種工藝的特性。
1、垃圾滲濾液形成原因與危害
隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展、城市的急劇擴(kuò)張和人民生活水平的不斷提高,城市垃圾數(shù)量逐年增加,目前,國(guó)內(nèi)城市垃圾的主要處理為衛(wèi)生填埋法,我國(guó)超過(guò)90%以上的城市垃圾是用填埋法處理的。在城市垃圾填埋過(guò)程中由于壓實(shí)和微生物的分解作用以及厭氧發(fā)酵等多種代謝作用,垃圾所含的污染物將隨水分溶出,并與降水、徑流等一起形成高濃度有機(jī)廢液,即垃圾滲濾液,滲濾液是垃圾填埋過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的二次污染,可使地面水體缺氧、水質(zhì)惡化、富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化,威脅飲用水和工農(nóng)業(yè)用水水源,使地下水喪失利用價(jià)值;經(jīng)濟(jì)有效處理垃圾滲濾液,是城市環(huán)境中亟待解決的難題。國(guó)內(nèi)從2003年到2020年垃圾滲液的產(chǎn)量見(jiàn)表1。
