張晉，工學博士，主要從事雨水“水質”及“水量”問題的綜合管理研究，對顆粒吸附態(tài)污染物在城市匯水面上的時間累積，空間分布，污染物溯源分析，生態(tài)毒理評價，以及基于人工智能的水質模型優(yōu)化與預測研究等方面進行了較為系統(tǒng)和深入的研究。
