英國(guó)泰晤士水務(wù)優(yōu)化污泥進(jìn)料時(shí)間模式增強(qiáng)厭氧消化甲烷產(chǎn)率和經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值
英國(guó)泰晤士水務(wù)(Thames Water)與薩里大學(xué)(University of Surrey)合作,在位于Croydon的Beddington污水廠開展了為期四年的驗(yàn)證項(xiàng)目,通過(guò)調(diào)整污泥進(jìn)料時(shí)間模式,在用電高峰的特定時(shí)段強(qiáng)化污水廠的厭氧消化甲烷產(chǎn)率和經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。全新的污泥進(jìn)料模式今年被正式納入到Beddington污水廠的厭氧消化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)運(yùn)行方案中。這一方案的應(yīng)用有望促進(jìn)污水廠的能耗平衡,降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本。

模式一(Steady Feeding Regimes):污泥在一天24小時(shí)內(nèi)均勻分配進(jìn)入?yún)捬跸?/span>
模式二(Concentrated CPPADriven Feeding Regime):將污水廠厭氧消化的污泥量進(jìn)行劃分,其中2/3的污泥在一天內(nèi)均勻進(jìn)料,另外1/3則在下午高峰期開始時(shí)全部投加
模式三(Spread CPPADriven Feeding Regime):將污水廠厭氧消化的污泥量進(jìn)行劃分,其中2/3的污泥在一天內(nèi)均勻進(jìn)料,另外1/3則在下午高峰期持續(xù)的數(shù)小時(shí)內(nèi)平均投加
模式四(BMDriven Feeding Regime):將污水廠厭氧消化的污泥量進(jìn)行劃分,其中2/3的污泥在一天內(nèi)均勻進(jìn)料,另外1/3分別在上午和下午高峰期持續(xù)的數(shù)小時(shí)內(nèi)均勻投加
對(duì)比后發(fā)現(xiàn),三種針對(duì)電價(jià)高峰設(shè)定的污泥進(jìn)料模式下,單位有機(jī)物的產(chǎn)甲烷率有所提升,生物沼氣產(chǎn)量平均要比要比污泥全天均勻進(jìn)料的常規(guī)模式高4%,生物沼氣經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值可提升2%。
