- 2018年突如其來(lái)的“8·11”特大暴雨暴露出珠海機(jī)場(chǎng)周邊區(qū)域防洪、排澇體系存在不少薄弱環(huán)節(jié),導(dǎo)致珠海機(jī)場(chǎng)局部受淹,上萬(wàn)人出行受到不同程度的延誤,在社會(huì)上造成了一定的負(fù)面影響。在大量調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)洪澇災(zāi)害的成因及水敏感區(qū)域進(jìn)行了全面分析,運(yùn)用水敏感城市設(shè)計(jì)(WSUD)理念提出了珠海機(jī)場(chǎng)所在區(qū)域防洪體系的系統(tǒng)性解決方案,從完善山洪截流系統(tǒng)、城市雨水管網(wǎng)與河道等大排水系統(tǒng)到海綿蓄排體系,有序組織城市雨水徑流,以降低超標(biāo)降雨的影響,最終可實(shí)現(xiàn)雨水的資源化利用與智慧化管理。
- Abstract:
- Many weaknesses in the flood control and drainage system around Zhuhai Airport were explored in the sudden heavy rain on August 11, 2018, which led to the local flooding of Zhuhai Airport, and the travel delay of thousands of people in different level, causing a certain negative impact on the society. On the basis of a lot of investigation and research, a comprehensive analysis of the causes of flood disasters and water-sensitive areas was made, and a systematic solution to the flood control system in the area was put forward with the design concept of WSUD(Water Sensitive Urban Design). From perfecting flood interception system, urban rainwater pipe network and river drainage system to sponge storage and drainage system, urban rainwater runoff can be organized in order to reduce the impact of excessive rainfall, and finally the resource utilization and intelligent management of rainwater can be realized.
