與中國合作伙伴簽署新合同以支持中國的生態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)型
4月5日-7日，蘇伊士集團(tuán)獲邀成為馬克龍訪華商務(wù)代表團(tuán)成員之一，陪同法國總統(tǒng)對中國進(jìn)行訪問。此次訪問將進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)法中兩國之間的關(guān)系，為兩國之間的合作創(chuàng)造更多機(jī)會。在訪問期間，蘇伊士與中國合作伙伴萬華化學(xué)集團(tuán)和中鐵上海工程局集團(tuán)，在兩國部長的見證下，在北京人民大會堂正式簽訂海水淡化合作項目，進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大三方在環(huán)保領(lǐng)域的合作。
在法國總統(tǒng)馬克龍訪華期間，蘇伊士董事長兼首席執(zhí)行官蘇冰嵐出席了在中國人民大會舉辦的中法企業(yè)家委員會，并分享了蘇伊士在水務(wù)和固廢資源管理方面, 如何利用數(shù)字化幫助中國客戶提升運(yùn)營管理和服務(wù)質(zhì)量成功經(jīng)驗。

蘇伊士與全球化工品牌前25強(qiáng)企業(yè)萬華化學(xué)集團(tuán)在2017年至2022年已在四個重要的水處理和污水處理項目上攜手合作。此次山東煙臺蓬萊海水淡化項目，蘇伊士將為其設(shè)計并建造一座日淡水產(chǎn)量為10萬噸的高工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)反滲透海水脫鹽工廠。該項目將在各方長期的合作伙伴關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)中鐵股份全資子公司中鐵上海工程局強(qiáng)大的建設(shè)能力，在節(jié)約稀缺的淡水資源的同時，提升當(dāng)?shù)厮鷳B(tài)系統(tǒng)韌性，助力萬華及其工業(yè)合作伙伴實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)型。
蘇伊士在海水淡化領(lǐng)域已擁有50年的豐富經(jīng)驗，于澳大利亞建造了全球最大的反滲透海水淡化廠之一 —— 維多利亞海水淡化廠項目，而后繼續(xù)加快其在南半球領(lǐng)先的業(yè)務(wù)布局。此前，蘇伊士于2006年在珀斯開發(fā)的海水淡化項目每年為超過 200 萬人提供超過 450 億升潔凈的飲用水。在中國，山東煙臺蓬萊項目成為蘇伊士在全球最大的工業(yè)領(lǐng)域海水淡化項目，同時也是其在中國的首個海水淡化項目。這標(biāo)志著蘇伊士在中國海水淡化市場的一次突破，也是其在中國發(fā)展邁出的新步伐。
此次合作不僅擴(kuò)大了蘇伊士與萬華、中鐵的合作范圍，同時彰顯了三方在打造綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)體系和可持續(xù)發(fā)展方面的承諾，致力于共同推動中國的生態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)型。這也是蘇伊士和中國合作伙伴攜手協(xié)助中法兩國實(shí)現(xiàn)共同愿景的又一次重要體現(xiàn)。

SUEZ Joins French President’s Business Delegation to China:
Launches New Contract with Local Partners to support China’s Ecological Transition
SUEZ was part of the French business delegation that accompanied President Emmanuel Macron on his state visit to China, from 5 to 7 April. This visit will further strengthen ties between France and China, creating more opportunities for collaboration between the two countries. During this visit, witnessed by Ministers of both countries, SUEZ and its Chinese partners, Wanhua Chemical Group (Wanhua) and China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group (CRSH), signed a cooperation agreement for a seawater desalination project that will further expand their cooperation in the environmental sector, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

SUEZ and Wanhua, which is a global top 25 chemical company, worked together on four major water and wastewater treatment projects from 2017 to 2022. For the new desalination project in Penglai District, Yantai City, Shandong Province, SUEZ will design and build, for Wanhua, a 100 MLD seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) desalination plant with the highest industrial standards. The project builds on the partners’ proven track record of success and leverages the strong engineering construction capabilities of CRSH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway Company Limited. China Railway is a Fortune 500 company. While saving scarce freshwater resources, the project will increase the resilience of the local water ecosystem and enable Wanhua and its industrial partners to achieve ecological transformation.
SUEZ has 50 years of know-how in seawater desalination, having built one of the world’s largest SWRO desalination plant in Australia (Victorian Desalination Plant). It subsequently accelerated the pace of expansion and cemented its position as the category leader in the Southern Hemisphere, after the development in 2006 of the desalination plant in Perth providing more than 45 billion liters of clean drinking water to over two million people per year. In China, the Penglai project in Yantai, Shandong Province, is SUEZ’s largest seawater desalination project in the industrial sector worldwide and its first such project in China. This marks a breakthrough for SUEZ in the Chinese desalination market and a new step in its development strategy for China.
The new project broadens SUEZ’s scope of cooperation with Wanhua and CRSH and furthers the ambition of the three partners to build a green industrial ecosystem towards sustainable development. It also speaks to the parties’ commitment to working together to drive China’s ecological transformation and to contribute to the shared vision of France and China.
