摘要:盱眙縣某工業(yè)園區(qū)污水處理廠提標改造工程建設(shè)規(guī)模為2×104 m3/d,污水處理廠出水水質(zhì)除COD≤30 mg/L、TP≤0.4 mg/L外,其余指標執(zhí)行《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標準》(GB 18918—2002)的一級A標準。原工藝為水解酸化+DN/CN組合濾池+D型濾池+消毒池。提標改造工程針對進水以工業(yè)廢水為主,水質(zhì)波動大、濃度高的特點,將主體工藝改造為水解酸化+“七段式”生化法+深度處理+紫外消毒。污水處理廠尾水經(jīng)過人工濕地后,出水達到地表水準Ⅳ類標準。實際運行數(shù)據(jù)表明,污水處理廠調(diào)試運行期出水基本能夠達到設(shè)計標準。該工藝充分利用生化單元解決脫氮問題,且通過深度處理保證難降解有機物的去除。
Abstract:The design scale of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) upgrading project in Xuyi is 2×104 m3/d. Except COD and TP in the effluent which are required to be no more than 30 mg/L and 0.4 mg/L, the effluent quality of the WWTP shall comply with the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). The original treatment process was hydrolytic acidification, DN/CN combined filter, D?type filter and disinfection tank. As the influent (mainly industrial wastewater) is characterized by high concentration and large fluctuation of the water quality, the main process of the upgrading project was transformed into hydrolytic acidification, seven?stage biochemical process, advanced treatment and ultraviolet disinfection. After the tail water of the WWTP was purified by the constructed wetland, the effluent quality reached the quasi?Ⅳ surface water standard. The trial operation data showed that the effluent quality of the WWTP generally reached the design standard. The process makes full use of the biochemical units to solve the problem of nitrogen removal and ensures the removal of refractory organic pollutants through advanced treatment.
