市政排水管抗震計(jì)算分析研究

摘 要:市政排水管由于其線性延伸的特性,穿越不同的地質(zhì)條件和城市區(qū)域,在地震作用下易遭受損傷,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致城鎮(zhèn)排水系統(tǒng)癱瘓,并引起一系列次生災(zāi)害。本文以筆者參與設(shè)計(jì)的道路工程為例,通過(guò)引用《建筑與市政工程抗震通用規(guī)范》(GB55002-2021)等多個(gè)工程設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,計(jì)算驗(yàn)證管道的抗震達(dá)標(biāo)性,并從管材、接口性質(zhì)、接頭總數(shù)、管徑、管道基礎(chǔ)等不同角度分析管道抗震能力的影響因素。結(jié)果呈現(xiàn)在相同埋設(shè)條件下,管道抗震能力球墨鑄鐵管>鋼筋混凝土管>HDPE雙壁波紋管,抗震變位分別優(yōu)于規(guī)范規(guī)定的下限2mm和7mm;柔性連接>剛性連接98mm;16個(gè)接頭>6個(gè)接頭64mm;大管徑>小管徑0.1-1.4mm;柔性基礎(chǔ)>剛性基礎(chǔ)2.4mm。為提高市政排水管抗震能力,本文建議工程設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)擇優(yōu)采用以上抗震較強(qiáng)值。

Seismic calculation and analysis of municipal drainage pipes

Abstract:
Municipal drainage pipelines,due to their linear nature and exposure to varying geological/urban conditions,are vulnerable to seismic damage,risking system failure. Using multiple Engineering Design Specifications,GB55002-2021 etc., this study verifies pipeline seismic compliance and evaluates influencing factors such as material and diameter of pipes, number and form of joints, foundation. The results reveal that under identical burial, seismic displacements surpass the lower limit of the specification by 2mm and 7mm respectively in the regards of pipe material: ductile iron > reinforced concrete > HDPE; flexible connections surpass 98 mm than rigid one; 16 of joints surpass 6 of joints by 64 mm; larger diameter surpass minor diameter by 0.1–1.4 mm; flexible foundation surpass rigid one by 2.4 mm. To enhances seismic resilience of municipal drainage pipeline,we propose prioritizing ductile iron,flexible connections, optimized joint counts, larger diameters, and flexible foundations in design.
