蘇伊士新創(chuàng)建贏得高雄危廢處理新項(xiàng)目加速在臺(tái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展
蘇伊士新創(chuàng)建與可寧衛(wèi)贏得位于臺(tái)灣南部的高雄大發(fā)危險(xiǎn)廢棄物處置項(xiàng)目。雙方以13億元新臺(tái)幣贏得其危廢處理廠，并由蘇伊士新創(chuàng)建（29%）、可寧衛(wèi)（29%）及臺(tái)灣政府公營(yíng)企業(yè)榮民公司（42%）組成的合作公司可寧衛(wèi)蘇伊士進(jìn)行運(yùn)營(yíng)。這是蘇伊士新創(chuàng)建目前在繼高雄仁武廢轉(zhuǎn)能項(xiàng)目以及高雄澄清湖凈水廠后，在臺(tái)灣發(fā)展的又一重要里程碑。
位于高雄的大發(fā)危險(xiǎn)廢棄物處理廠建于2004年，其設(shè)計(jì)處理能力為29,200噸/年，為臺(tái)灣的各種危險(xiǎn)廢棄物（化學(xué)廢料、溶劑等）提供焚化及綜合物理化學(xué)處理服務(wù)。未來(lái)，可寧衛(wèi)蘇伊士將對(duì)其處理設(shè)施進(jìn)行升級(jí)改造，使處理廠的運(yùn)營(yíng)績(jī)效最大化并提升其處理能力，不僅嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行臺(tái)灣的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，更按國(guó)際上最高的安全及環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行運(yùn)營(yíng)和管理，務(wù)求達(dá)到歐盟排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。同時(shí)，還將為處理廠配備先進(jìn)設(shè)備處理及回收廢棄物在處理過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的液體作為工藝用水，以節(jié)約水資源。該項(xiàng)目將優(yōu)化工廠的環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，同時(shí)符合最高的監(jiān)管標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

蘇伊士自1995年開(kāi)始為臺(tái)灣上百家石油、化工、鋼鐵、電子半導(dǎo)體等行業(yè)客戶提供水處理工藝與服務(wù)。2000年獲得高雄市仁武廢轉(zhuǎn)能工廠20年的運(yùn)營(yíng)和維護(hù)合約進(jìn)入臺(tái)灣固廢處理市場(chǎng)。仁武廢轉(zhuǎn)能工廠日處理能力為1,350噸市政和工業(yè)廢棄物，經(jīng)處理后轉(zhuǎn)化為能源，不僅滿足了工廠內(nèi)部所需，還通過(guò)電網(wǎng)輸送給其他用戶使用。2002年，集團(tuán)在臺(tái)灣的業(yè)務(wù)范疇擴(kuò)展至水務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)，贏得高雄市澄清湖凈水廠DBO（設(shè)計(jì)、建造、運(yùn)營(yíng)）合同，目前每天為高雄市提供45萬(wàn)立方米的凈水處理。

SUEZ NWS pursues its development in Taiwan
Ø New hazardous waste treatment contract in Kaohsiung
SUEZ NWS and Cleanaway won the Dafa hazardous waste treatment facility contract in Kaohsiung, located in south-western Taiwan. The contract provides for the acquisition of the plant by the two partners for NT$1.3 billion and its operation by Cleanaway SUEZ , a new joint venture (JV) set up between SUEZ NWS (29%), Cleanaway (29%) and the Taiwan Government Agency RSEA (42%). This contract marks another significant milestone in SUEZ NWS’ development in Taiwan. The Group is already active in Kaohsiung where it currently operates the waste-to-energy plant in Renwu District and the Chengcing Lake water treatment plant.
The Dafa hazardous waste treatment plant in Kaohsiung was built in 2004 with a designed capacity of 29,200 tons/year. It provides incineration services and combined physical and chemical treatment for various streams of hazardous waste (chemical waste, solvents, etc.). Cleanaway SUEZ will upgrade the plant’s treatment facilities and will then build an extension to maximize its performance and treatment capacity. It will operate the plant in compliance with the most rigorous international safety standards, as well as national and EU standards on off-gas emissions. Cleanaway SUEZ will also build an advanced facility to treat the contaminated liquids produced by waste treatment for recycling as process water, thus enabling water savings. This contract will optimize the environmental and economic performance of the plant, while complying with the most stringent regulatory standards.

Present in Taiwan since 1995, SUEZ provides water treatment processes and services for hundreds of companies in the petroleum, chemical, steel and electronic semiconductor industries. The Group entered the emerging waste treatment market in 2000 through a 20-year operation and maintenance (O&M) contract at the Renwu waste-to-energy plant in Kaohsiung. The plant recovers 1,350 tons of municipal and industrial waste per day, converting it into energy to supply the plant and other end-users via the power grid. In 2002, the Group extended its business portfolio to municipal water treatment when it won a DBO contract to design, build and operate the Chengcing Lake water treatment plant in Kaohsiung. Currently managed by the Group, it supplies up to 450,000 cubic meters of drinking water daily for the city’s inhabitants.
