Speaker: Professor Huang Guoru, a doctoral supervisor at South China University of Technology, serves as an executive director of the Guangdong Water Resources Society, a member of the Water Resources Professional Committee of the China Natural Resources Society, a member of the Hydroelectric Energy Professional Committee of the Guangdong Hydroelectric Power Engineering Society, a member of the International Association of Hydrological Sciences, and a part-time professor at Zhengzhou University. In 2005, he was selected for the New Century Excellent Talents Support Program by the Ministry of Education, and in 2006, he was selected as a candidate for the fourth batch of the "Thousand and Ten Project" for higher education institutions in Guangdong Province. 報告人:侯立安 環(huán)境工程專家,中國工程院院士,火箭軍工程大學 教授、博士生導師。兼任國家生態(tài)環(huán)保專家委員會委員、教育部高等學校環(huán)境科學與工程類專業(yè)教學指導委員會副主任委員、全國分離膜標準化技術(shù)委員會副主任委員、新污染物治理專家委員會副主任委員。侯立安院士長期致力于環(huán)境科學與工程領(lǐng)域的科學研究和工程設(shè)計工作,在飲用水安全保障、分散點源生活污水處理和人居環(huán)境空氣凈化等方面,率先提出并成功研發(fā)了具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的水處理及空氣凈化技術(shù)和系列裝備,取得多項突破性成果和富有創(chuàng)造性的成就。獲國家科技進步獎8項,省部級科技進步獎和教學成果一等獎8項,二等獎12項;獲國家專利70余項。享受政府特殊津貼,曾獲何梁何利科學技術(shù)獎、求是杰出青年獎、全國科普工作先進工作者和全國優(yōu)秀科技工作者等榮譽。

報告人:張亞非 ,上海交通大學電子信息與電氣工程學院教授,亞太材料科學院院士,長江學者特聘教授,SCI期刊《Nano-Micro Letters》主編(IF-21),薄膜與微細技術(shù)教育部重點實驗室主任。研究領(lǐng)域:流域河湖生態(tài)整體修復(fù)(金剛石納米薄膜芯片系統(tǒng));凝聚態(tài)物理和納米電子材料(金剛石、石墨烯、碳納米管等);納米電子器件(半導體集成電路技術(shù)、FET、光伏電池、傳感器等);納米加工技術(shù)(納米焊接、納米剪切、納米組裝、納米掩膜光刻、表面納米修飾和鈍化等)。完成973、863、國家自然科學金重點項目等十幾項科研項目和幾項軍工尖端科技項目。

報告人:陳飛勇,山東建筑大學資源與環(huán)境研究院 院長、教授、博士生導師,日本工程院外籍院士,日本建設(shè)環(huán)境技術(shù)士、日本河川·沙防及海岸·海洋技術(shù)士,山東省“一事一議”頂尖人才,廣東省珠江學者,山東省國際科技合作戰(zhàn)略專家,兼任日本工程院東亞委員、中國城市雨洪管理與海綿城市專委會副主任委員,山東省環(huán)境保護產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會會長。陳飛勇院士長期從事水源地管理與環(huán)境保護工程,在中日主持國家及省部級科研項目30余項,為全球20多個國家的環(huán)境保護和生態(tài)修復(fù)提供技術(shù)指導和工程設(shè)計,牽頭在研國家重點研發(fā)計劃等國家、省部級環(huán)境保護領(lǐng)域技術(shù)開發(fā)項目5項;負責設(shè)計施工的廣佛新世界海綿社區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計及水系工程建成后被譽為“生態(tài)之城”;發(fā)表學術(shù)論文100余篇,獲得專利授權(quán)60余項。獲得日本國土交通省優(yōu)秀項目獎7次、優(yōu)秀技術(shù)人員獎1次,日本土木學會優(yōu)秀發(fā)表獎1次,2022年度山東省優(yōu)秀科技工作者。
報告題目:基于GPU和全水動力方法的城市洪澇高效模擬技術(shù)
報告人:黃國如 教授 華南理工大學博士生導師,擔任廣東省水利學會常務(wù)理事、中國自然資源學會水資源專業(yè)委員會委員、廣東省水力發(fā)電工程學會水電能源專業(yè)委員會委員、國際水文科學協(xié)會會員、鄭州大學兼職教授。2005年入選教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃,2006年入選廣東省高等學校“千百十工程”第四批培養(yǎng)人選。最近幾年來,結(jié)合國家自然科學基金項目、教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃項目對珠江流域枯季徑流預(yù)測進行了較為深入的研究,主要探討如何在流域數(shù)字化平臺上構(gòu)建枯水徑流的預(yù)測模型,取得了一系列創(chuàng)新性研究成果。結(jié)合水利部公益性行業(yè)科研專項經(jīng)費項目,對城市暴雨內(nèi)澇形成機理以及預(yù)報技術(shù)進行了較為系統(tǒng)深入的研究,開發(fā)了基于GIS系統(tǒng)的城市內(nèi)澇預(yù)警預(yù)報系統(tǒng)。主持了國家重大水專項課題的研究任務(wù),對城市和農(nóng)業(yè)非點源污染負荷定量核算方法進行了研究,通過城市和農(nóng)田現(xiàn)場觀測實驗,對城市非點源污染初期沖刷效應(yīng)進行研究,構(gòu)建了基于SWMM模型的城市非點源污染負荷核算模型和基于HSPF模型的農(nóng)業(yè)非點源污染模型。
