鹽城市某原水預(yù)處理廠設(shè)計與運行分析

摘 要 江蘇省鹽城市某原水預(yù)處理廠總處理規(guī)模為30萬m3/d,要求出水達到《地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅲ類水體要求。綜合進出水水質(zhì)、投資占地等,經(jīng)充分經(jīng)濟論證和方案比選,采用“高錳酸鉀預(yù)氧化+MBBR生化法+中置式高密度沉淀池”組合工藝對原水進行強化處理。核心生化段采用純膜MBBR工藝,設(shè)6級硝化,氣水比設(shè)計為0.6~1.3。實際運行結(jié)果表明,各出水水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定達到地表水III類標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其中,氨氮最低可達0.1mg/L。對懸浮載體進行高通量測序,結(jié)果顯示,其對硝化菌具有良好的富集能力,低基質(zhì)條件下,硝化菌相對豐度可達2.36%,強化了氨氮的去除。經(jīng)過中置式高密度沉淀池的強化,保障了COD和TP的穩(wěn)定達標(biāo)。全廠電耗為0.052 kW·h/t。該工藝路線操作簡單,運行成本低,后期維護少,適用于微污染原水的治理。

Analysis of Design and Operation for a Raw Water Pretreatment Plant in Yancheng City

Abstract The total treatment capacity of a raw water pretreatment plant in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province is 3.0e i5 m3/d, and the effluent is required to meet class III quality standard for Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838—2002). After full technical and economic demonstration and scheme comparison, with the consideration of quality inflow and outflow, investment land occupation, combined process of "KMnO4 preoxidation + MBBR biochemical tank + medium high density sedimentation tank " are adopted to strengthen the treatment of raw water. The core biochemical section adopts pure MBBR process, with 6 stages of nitrification and an air-water ratio of 0.6~1.3. Actual operation results show that water quality of outflow is stable up to class III standard of surface water, and the minimum ammonia nitrogen is 0.1 mg/L. Results of high-throughput sequencing show that suspended carriers has good enrichment capacity for nitrifying bacteria. Under the condition of low substrate, relative abundance of nitrifying bacteria could reach 2.36%, which enhances the removal of ammonia. Through the strengthening of medium high density sedimentation tank, the stability of COD and TP are guaranteed to reach the standard. The power consumption of the whole plant is 0.052 kW·h/t. Above all, the process is simple in operation, low in operation cost and less in later maintenance, and is suitable for the treatment of micropolluted raw water.

隨著工農(nóng)業(yè)迅速發(fā)展和居民生活水平的提高,廢水排放中污染物質(zhì)的種類和濃度不斷增加,使得飲用水水源環(huán)境遭到不同程度的破壞,影響了人們的生命健康。目前,我國城市凈水廠大多數(shù)采用地表水作為飲用水水源,主要應(yīng)用“混凝沉淀過濾+消毒”進行處理,但此處理工藝去除有機物質(zhì)和氨氮比例較低。然而,此類物質(zhì)在水源地的富集,勢必會影響人類的飲用水安全,因此,急需對原水水源進行預(yù)處理,以保證人們正常的生活需要。
江蘇省政府高度重視水環(huán)境整治和水源地建設(shè)工作,2015年鹽城市出臺《全市城鄉(xiāng)飲用水安全保障工作方案》,要求利用現(xiàn)有棄土區(qū)和農(nóng)田,建設(shè)該區(qū)域飲用水安全工程,即原水前期處理工程。通過對凈水廠水源水質(zhì)進行提升,使原水水質(zhì)能夠穩(wěn)定達到《地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅲ類水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
本文以鹽城市某水源預(yù)處理項目為例,介紹微污染原水治理的設(shè)計路線與運行效果,為水源預(yù)處理以及微污染原水的治理提供工藝組合方式和技術(shù)參考。
